 Insurance

We are participating providers of all major insurance plans in MA.
To verify if you have Chiropractic Coverage, please call Bonnie at 413-499-2419.
We will gladly call your insurance company to verify coverage, but please note that Primary Care referrals required by some insurance plans are the responsibility of the patient. We will let you know if a referral is required prior to scheduling.
Payment will be due by you at the time of service for any non-covered services, deductibles, co-insurances or co-pays. 

If you do not have Chiropractic Coverage, we will assist you in setting up payment options to insure your good health and well being.


We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Flex Pay and checks to cover all services rendered.

WORKERS COMPENSATION AND AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENT CLAIMS ARE HANDLED DIRECTLY THROUGH OUR OFFICE. PLEASE HAVE ALL CLAIM INFORMATION READY PRIOR TO CALLING OUR OFFICE.
